Home / Christian Places / Travel / Chick-Fil-A

The favorite fast food restaurant of my wife and kids. Went out in the highway as soon as they see the sign for a Chick fil-A  they let me know. I tell you the service is great and the food too. i personally love the chicken strips.

Is unbelievable to see how God has bless the company even when the main stream media tried to shut them down because of their position on gay marriage and relationship in general. their line are always full all around I sometime feel sorry for the other fast food near them and their line are nearly empty.

Chick Fil-A owner are devoutly Christians. They do not open on Sunday to allow employed to go to Church.  no so long ago they did open a location on Sunday but not to sell, but to allow a congregation do do service until they find a place to congregate, check the story HERE

From their website:

Why We’re Closed on Sundays?

Our founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. Having worked seven days a week in restaurants open 24 hours, Truett saw the importance of closing on Sundays so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose – a practice we uphold today.

Corporate Purpose

“To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A.”
